Lifeplus identifies Berkem Laboratories in France as the supplier of its grape-seed and pine-bark OPC extracts, with a research background linked to Professor Jack Masquelier. Looking at the specific extract, rather than the plant name alone, helps explain the formula.

The usual PhytoZyme base is replaced with ingredients including nettle leaf, blueberry, pomegranate extract and watercress. The capsule shell is plant-derived hydroxypropyl methylcellulose. The UK product is labelled vegan and gluten-free.

The UK fact sheet lists 200 mg OPC and 40 mg vitamin C per capsule, alongside 260 mg lemon bioflavonoids, 50 mg hesperidin, 40 mg rutin and 20 mg quercetin dihydrate. These are individual ingredient amounts, not a single measure of antioxidant strength.

Product 4162 contains 30 capsules. The UK label directs adults to take one capsule daily. Check the current pack for the full ingredients and precautions, and do not exceed the labelled daily amount.

The UK fact sheet lists 600 mg total omega-3 fatty acids per capsule, including 430 mg DHA and 90 mg EPA. Total omega-3, DHA and EPA are different figures: compare the same nutrient and serving unit across products.

Each capsule also supplies 20 micrograms of vitamin D and 1.8 mg alpha-TE of vitamin E. The ingredient list includes five plant oils and mixed tocopherols from soya.

This is the fish-oil product, not Vegan OmeGold. It contains fish oil, a fish-gelatine capsule and soya-derived ingredients. Review the full label if you have dietary restrictions or allergies.

Product 5000 contains 60 softgel capsules. The UK label specifies one capsule daily with a meal. It includes pregnancy-specific precautions; consult the full label and seek professional advice where relevant before use.

The formula uses psyllium seed and husk, resistant dextrin, flaxseed and guar. The UK fact sheet lists 13 g fibre per 26.2 g serving, alongside nutrients including 300 mg vitamin C, 1,000 mg calcium and 350 mg magnesium.

The UK product page describes a formula without artificial flavours or colours. The label includes plant powders, extracts, vitamins and minerals, plus soya-derived ingredients. Check the complete ingredients for your dietary needs.

Once daily, mix two level 20 cc scoops (26.2 g) into 240–360 ml of cold liquid. Shake or mix vigorously and drink straight away. The label also calls for another 240–360 ml of liquid within the next hour.

Product 4471 contains 786 g, or 30 labelled servings. Always take it with at least a full glass of liquid: insufficient liquid can cause choking. Do not use it if you have difficulty swallowing. Follow all current label precautions.

The label lists 14 bacteria, including Lactobacillus acidophilus, Bifidobacterium bifidum and Bacillus coagulans. CFU is a unit used to express viable microbial counts. The label’s 10-billion figure refers to a two-capsule serving, not one capsule.

Lifeplus describes a fermentation process that keeps the bacteria dormant until consumed, and a capsule intended to pass through the stomach and release in the lower small intestine. This describes the design, not a guaranteed survival percentage.

Two capsules provide 120 mg calcium. The ingredient list includes hydroxypropyl methylcellulose and gellan gum. The UK fact sheet identifies the product as vegetarian and gluten-free.

Product 4390 contains 60 capsules. The label specifies two capsules once daily with 240–360 ml of water or another drink, and storage in a cool, dry place. Check the current pack for the full directions and precautions.
